Remote Customer Support

We’re a Netherlands-based SaaS organization and it’s getting a little tricky for us to look after our growing worldwide customer userbase!

Upvoty is a user feedback tool used by (mainly) SaaS businesses around the world. We work with awesome clients who are using is to collect and manage their user feedback and make their products, better.

The opportunity:

We’re looking for a friendly, helpful, tech-savvy person with inbound customer support/sales experience; ideally from a SaaS background.

While the position is not purely sales-focused, this role is for someone keen to help our customers find the value in our product and convert them into clients.

The position is full-time and fully remote but does require that you live in a European timezone between UTC +0 – UTC +3.

Your day-to-day will involve:

– Knowing the product from back-to-front
– Performing product demonstrations for prospective customers
– Communicating with prospective and current customers
– Managing customers leads to their success/conclusion
– Developing and improving scalable inbound and outbound sales processes
– Collecting data and feedback to assist with product-development decisions
– Improving the onboarding experience
– Collaborating with the product founders/developers

Requirements include:

– Inbound/outbound sales/customer success experience
– Tech-minded: able to easily understand technology in order to effectively communicate with our customer base
– General interest in technology/SaaS
– Enjoy working in a sales and customer support environment, interacting with customers on demo calls, and on our chat
– High-level of English language proficiency (written and verbal)

Please note: This is a remote role. You can be located anywhere in the world, but note that we are looking for someone who can support our growing customer base mainly during European business hours.
