By accessing or using Upvoty (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. That includes not interfering with normal operation, not attempting to access systems you don't own, and not using Upvoty to send spam or harmful content.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel anytime in your account dashboard. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Content ownership

You own the feedback and content you and your users post. By using Upvoty you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upvoty disclaims warranties and limits liability to the fees paid in the prior twelve months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email or in-app at least 30 days before it takes effect.
